Our Team

Aerial Rigging has been owned by Michael Wiener since early 1999. The foundation of the company at that time was chain hoist motor sales, rental of chain hoist motors to the auto shows and providing labor for projects that required true rigging skill. Aerial has gone through a number of changes over the years adapting to the changes in the industry but has always remained true to it's rigging roots. Aerial is still recognized and respected as one of a handful of professional rigging companies in the USA that possess the expertise to undertake rigging projects of any complexity. Aerial Rigging continues to be strongly committed to the hospitality industry. Michael is an entrepreneur at heart. He started Vanguard LED Displays from a kernel of an idea. Vanguard is now one of the leading companies in the LED video display industry. When not working Michael treasures his family time, the company of friends, waterskiing and playing ice hockey at 78 years young. His nickname the "Enforcer" is well earned both in business and hockey.
